A Donald Trump method of fixing crooked PR3

[Ushiba, Miyo, Shoda, Aso]

After the big earthquake in Ishikawa in the morning, the PR3 suspension got in trouble.

First, we noticed that the IM is not smoothly moving. It was H1 OSEM flag touching the OSEM body because of the pitching of the IM.
We fixed it with the IM moving mass.

However, the OpLev was still out of range (even the LEN).

We entered the tunnel and checked the beam spot. It was too high, meaning that the mirror was facing down.
The tilt was so large that the moving mass adjustment could not recover the OpLev, i.e. IM V1 OSEM moves out of the range.

We were on the verge of declaring opening the vacuum of the central part.
Then I came up with a very good idea. Kicking the mirror again.

We first silenced the watchdog by putting impossibly large numbers in the thresholds.
Then, we put 30000 into the offset of the output filters for the GAS filters with ramp time of 0.
I repeated on and off of this offset, or flipped the sign of the offset.

After several trials of this shaking, we saw that the OpLev beam slowly coming back towards the QPD.
We continued this for 10 or more times. Then the beam spot suddenly jumped from the upper side of the QPD to the lower side.

At that moment, the IM was maximally facing up. I moved it back to level with the moving mass. Then the OpLev spot was almost centered on the QPD.

I think what we did was as brutal and stupid as blocking all the travelers from Europe, or building a great wall against Mexico. So I call it "Donald Trump Method" in memory of the beloved president.

We evaded a vacuum vent with a close call. Thank you president.
