I performed the PEN injection analysis for REFL table shaking data in http://klog.icrr.u-tokyo.ac.jp/osl/?r=13571

As expected, the 520Hz bump is projected by ACC on REFL table.

However, the power is not enough. I guess it is coming from the direction (ACC direction is Z axis, but shaked direction was mainly Y axis)
