PR2のADCカードがIOPモデルの定義2枚と物理カード数1枚が異なっていた。
未使用なのでどこかの他ミングでIOPモデルから削除する

The IOP model defines two ADC cards for PR2, but there is only one physical card. 
Since the extra card is unused, we’ll remove it from the IOP model at a later opportunity.
