TIM、ADCエラーのDiagReset

次のモデルのTIMとADCエラーが点灯していたのでDiagResetしました。

今後、観測中に発生するか確認する目的の為、リセットしました。

DiagReset of TIM and ADC errors

Since the TIM and ADC error lights were on for the following model, We performed a DiagReset.

We performed the reset with the intention of confirming whether the issue recurs during future observations.
