IFO_REFLのHWPのローテーターが回転しない

調査

1.HWPを188degから157degへ動かしたが、反応がない。
回転せずにエラーになった場合の対策をスクリプトに入れていたが、今回はこのエラーには入らなかった。
その為、157degに変化していた。いったん、188degへ戻した。

2.USB HUBのケーブルを抜き挿しした。
HWPを188degから157degへ動かしたが、反応がない。
しかし逆方向へ動かしたところ動作した。

以降繰り返し動作で動くようになった。

結果

現場は、他作業があるのでこのままとした。
次回解析できるようにログをスクリプトに追加しました。

HWPの延長ケーブルで電源を供給しているので電源に問題があるとは考えにくい。
次回、制御用のPCを追加して、USBケーブルの長さが短くなるようにする。
IFO_REFLに関しては、PoE給電はやめてリブーターを追加する予定です。

Rotator of HWP in IFO_REFL does not rotate

Investigation

1. Moved HWP from 188deg to 157deg, but no response.
I had included in the script a countermeasure for the error without rotation, but this time it did not enter this error.
Therefore, it had changed to 157deg. Once it was changed back to 188deg.

2. Unplugged and plugged in the USB HUB cable.
Moved the HWP from 188deg to 157deg, but there was no response.
However, when I moved it in the opposite direction, it worked.

After that, it started working by repeated operation.

Result

The site was left as it was because there was other work to be done.
The log was added to the script so that it can be analyzed next time.

It is unlikely that there is a problem with the power supply since the power is supplied by the HWP extension cable.
Next time, we will add a PC for control and make sure the USB cable length is shortened.
As for IFO_REFL, we will stop using PoE power supply and add a rebooter.
