Jan.6のメンテナンスで見つけたSR2のStepperMotorの電源が入らない問題について調査した。

問題
SR2のGAS,IP共にPingエラーになる

確認結果
BIOの接続は正常でした。 Fig.1
BIOのOn,OFFを行うと、StepperのLEDは正常にOn、OFF状態に切り替わった。Fig.2
VISミニラックのネットワークスイッチのLEDがStepperの電源ON時に常時点灯状態であった。Fig.3
正常ならば点滅する。他のPortは点滅していた。

対処
ネットワークSWの電源を入れ直した（PoE電源なのでPort.1のLANを抜き挿しを行った。）

確認内容
SWが点滅することを確認した。
StepperのBIOをONにしてスクリプトから接続することを確認した。

Investigated a problem found during Jan.6 maintenance where the StepperMotor in SR2 would not turn on.

Problem
Ping error on both GAS and IP of SR2

Confirmation Result
BIO connection was normal. Fig. 1
When the BIO was turned on and off, the LEDs on the Stepper switched normally to the On and Off states. Fig.2
The LED on the network switch of the VIS mini-rack was always on when the Stepper was turned on.Fig.3
It blinks when it is normal. Other Ports were blinking.

Coping
Turned on the power of the network SW again (because it is PoE power supply, unplugged and plugged in the LAN of Port.1).

Confirmation
Confirmed that the SW was blinking.
Turned on the Stepper's BIO and confirmed the connection from the script.
