SR2とSR3のメカなし部分を削除した。
しかし削除するとTiming Errorが発生する為、DAQチャンネルのダミーデータをTOWER_MASTER/TYPEB_TOWER_MASTERへ追加した。
Type-BとBpと分けるため、Bp側もTYPEBP_BFMASTERからTYPEBP_TOWER_MASTERへ移動した。

BSとSRMは次の機会に実施します。

データ量の変化:
K1VISSR{2,3}T Total: 634,624 bytes -> 602,432 bytes(暫定対策を削除できたら487,744bytesになる)
K1VISSR{2,3}P Total: 401,792 bytes 変化なし

Deleted the non-mechanical parts of SR2 and SR3.
However, the dummy data of DAQ channel was added to TOWER_MASTER/TYPEB_TOWER_MASTER because the timing error occurred when deleting it.
To separate Type-B and Bp, Bp side was also moved from TYPEBP_BFMASTER to TYPEBP_TOWER_MASTER.

BS and SRM will be implemented in the next opportunity.
