SR2の温度調整機の不具合について確認しました。

[不具合の内容]
・温度設定を行なってもリボンヒーターの温度が上昇しない。
 
[確認内容]
・温度調整機(S2113165)の蓋を開けてケーブルの接続を確認した。
 KT4Rの端子と電力調整機までのケーブルに異常は見られない。
・前回の確認で、電力調整機への制御線の出力を確認したが全く出力されていない。リボンヒーターへの出力電圧が変化しない。
・ヒーター側のKT4R(S2113037)ではなく、チャンバー内の温度計で使っているKT4R(S2112834)に接続して試しに温度設定を行なった所正常に動作した。
以上からKT4Rの初期不良の可能性を疑っている。

[次回確認]
・予備のKT4Rと入れ替える予定です。

We have confirmed the problem with the temperature controller of SR2.

[Description of the problem]
The temperature of the ribbon heater does not rise even when the temperature is set.
 
[Description]
Opened the lid of the temperature controller (S2113165) and checked the cable connections.
=> No abnormality was found in the cable between the KT4R terminal and the power regulator.
In the previous check, the output of the control line to the power regulator was checked, but there was no output at all. The output voltage to the ribbon heater does not change.
The output voltage to the ribbon heater did not change, and the temperature was set correctly by connecting to the KT4R (S2112834) used as a thermometer in the chamber instead of the KT4R (S2113037) on the heater side.
From the above, I suspect that the KT4R may be initially defective.

[We will check next time.]
We are planning to replace it with a spare KT4R.
