ETMXにリボンヒーターのインストール準備

午前はETMXにリボンヒーターのインストールの準備をしました。
中２階のクリーンブースへケーブルを引き込むにはクリーンブースの上に登る必要があることがわかりました。
手順を確認する為、午前中に電力調整機のインストールのみを行い、午後は作業を止めました。
後日takahashi-sanを交えて作業を行う予定です。

サーミスタ(PT-100)のDSUB9Pコネクタのビス止め

ビス止めについて再度確認しました。
片側を全て閉めてしまうと反対側は固定できないようです。
片側一回転、もう一方を一回転、交互に回転させると固定できました。
この方法で全てのサーミスタのDSUBを固定しました。
=> PRM,PR2,PR3,BS,SR2,SR3,SRM

Preparing for installation of ribbon heater on ETMX

In the morning we prepared for the installation of the ribbon heater in ETMX.
We found out that we need to climb on top of the clean booth to pull the cable into the clean booth on the mezzanine floor.
To check the procedure, I only installed the power regulator in the morning and stopped the work in the afternoon.
We plan to work with Takahashi-san later in the day.

Fixing the screws on the DSUB9P connector of the thermistor (PT-100)

I checked the screw fastening again.
It seems that if you close all the screws on one side, the other side cannot be fixed.
I was able to fix it by alternately rotating one side one turn and the other one one turn.
I fixed the DSUBs of all thermistors in this way.
