IXV, IYVで温度調整機器のインストールを行いました。
VISミニラックへのインストールと電源２４V接続、LANケーブルの接続を行いました。
MEDM画面の追加を行い、ETMX, ETMYの温度が取得できていることを確認しました。
次回、ヒーターをコルゲート菅に設置予定です。

Installed temperature control devices in IXV and IYV.
Installed in VIS mini rack and connected power supply 24V and LAN cable.
Added the MEDM screen and confirmed that the temperatures of ETMX and ETMY are being acquired.
The heater will be installed in the next corrugated tube.
