K1BSのPCが死んでいた

2021/05/16の11:37の段階でBSモデルが死んでいたとYamamoto-sanから報告がありました。
2021/05/17にk1iopbs, k1visbst, k1visbspモデルのリスタートを試みましたが、
"Cannot run: Expected 1 ADC cards, but only found 0 cards on bus"
エラーが発生して再起動に失敗しました。
BS Rackを確認した所、IOシャーシの電源が一部落ちていました。中で点灯しているカードもあった。
IOシャーシの電源SWをOFF、ONとした所、焦げた匂いがした為、電源をOFFにしました。
IOシャーシの中を確認すると一部焦げていました。
復旧の為、コンピュータールームの別のIOシャーシと入れ替えてモデルを再起動しました。

復旧手順:
1.IOシャーシの基板を全て同じ位置に移動してケーブルを接続
2.K1BSのDolphinをdisable(sitemap-CDS-Dolphinの!k1bsを押す)
3.RTPCをshutdown -h nowで電源OFF
4.K1BSのDolphinケーブルを外す
5.IOシャーシのケーブルを全て接続して電源ON
6.K1BSを起動してDolphin以外が正常に動作することを確認
7.K1BSをshutdown -h nowして再度電源ON,今度は起動途中でDolphinケーブルを接続
復旧したことをMEDMで確認しました。

The K1BS PC was dead.

Yamamoto-san reported that the BS model was dead as of 11:37 on 2021/05/16.
I tried to restart the k1iopbs, k1visbst, and k1visbsp models on 2021/05/17, but
"Cannot run: Expected 1 ADC cards, but only found 0 cards on bus".
The restart failed with an error.
I checked the BS Rack and found that the IO chassis was partially powered down. Some cards were lit up inside.
I turned off and on the power SW of the IO chassis, and smelled burning.
When I checked the inside of the IO chassis, it was partially burnt.
To recover, I replaced it with another IO chassis in the computer room and rebooted the model.

Recovery procedure :
1. Move all the boards in the IO chassis to the same position and connect the cables.
2. Disable Dolphin in K1BS (press !k1bs in sitemap-CDS-Dolphin)
Power off RTPC with shutdown -h now
4. Disconnect the K1BS Dolphin cable.
Connect all the cables in the IO chassis and power on.
6. Start K1BS and make sure everything is working except Dolphin.
7. Shutdown the K1BS -h now and turn it on again, this time connect the Dolphin cable during the boot process.
MEDM confirms that the problem has been fixed.
