リリースセンサーの配線（チェンバー外側）

1. Ex-I/Oシャーシ(JGW-E1706268)をラックにインストールした。
2. チェンバーのフィードスルーからEx-I/Oシャーシまで配線した。
(Ex-I/OシャーシからDGSまでは配線していない)


Addendum:
Wiring the release sensor (outside the vacuum chamber)

1. Installed the Ex-I/O chassis (JGW-E1706268) in the rack. 
2. Wired from the chamber feedthrough to the Ex-I/O chassis. 
(I did not wire from the Ex-I/O chassis to the DGS.)
