本日もITMY ventingによりIPの値をチェックしていました。
前回の#16091でIP H2(motor B)が端にあてついている可能性がありカップリングが酷くステッパーモーターは動かさないという指示の為、値の観測のみ実施しました。

17:00の時点で次の値でした。
K1:VIS-ITMY_IP_DAMP_L_INMON:746
K1:VIS-ITMY_IP_DAMP_P_INMON:4280
K1:VIS-ITMY_IP_DAMP_Y_INMON:-746
K1:VAC-PRESSURE_Y_IYA: 65000

完了にまた値を確認します。

Today I was checking the IP values again by ITMY venting.
Since the previous #16091 indicated that IP H2 (motor B) might be attached to the end and the coupling was too severe to move the stepper motor, we only observed the value.

At 17:00, the values were as follows
K1:VIS-ITMY_IP_DAMP_L_INMON:746
K1:VIS-ITMY_IP_DAMP_P_INMON:4280
K1:VIS-ITMY_IP_DAMP_Y_INMON:-746
K1:VAC-PRESSURE_Y_IYA: 65000

Check the values again on completion.
