IYC ventingによるIPの監視

0.1気圧までventingを行うとのことでIPが±1000[um]を超えないように監視を行いました。
結果的には2.5kPaまでで終了しました。
IPはあまり大きく変動することはなくステッパーモーターを動かす必要がなく終了しました。


Monitoring of IP by IYC venting

We monitored the IP to make sure it did not exceed ±1000 [um], as venting was supposed to be done up to 0.1 atm.
As a result, we ended up with 2.5 kPa.
The IP did not fluctuate too much and we did not need to move the stepper motor.
