Abstract:
We pressurized IMM~PRM up to atmospheric pressure on 3/Mar./2023.
Workers:
N. Kimura and H. Yasui
Additional Information.
Kimura-san found that some of the nuts in the tie rods between the GV_mcf and the MCF tank, and between the MCF tank and the duct were not tightened! These could be the momentary leak of IMC.
Kimura-san checked any leaks in the 1000 flanges around the MCF tank and 400 flanges towards the PSL room. However, no leak was found. We optimistically guess the leaking point was pressed back again.
When: 19/Oct./2022
Who: Kimura, Yasui, M. Takahashi and Ueda (SKS)
Task:
We performe vacuum leak test from IMMT and IFI, and found large vacuum leak with level of ~1 x 10^-9 Pam^3/s at connection between IFI and beliow duct.
We repared the leak and comfirmed level of leak was < 1 x 10^-13 Pam^3/s.
Five connection flanges remain untested.
The leak test will be continued and completed on the morning of October 20.
When: 20/Oct./2022
Who: Kimura, Yasui, M. Takahashi and Ueda (SKS)
Task:
We performed vacuum leak test for left five connection flanges on IMMT and IFI, and confimed there were no large vacuum leak with level of > 1 x 10^-10 Pam^3/s.
The vacuum
leak test for IFI, IMM and PRM was completed. We will start vacuum
leak test for TMSY on 21/Oct..When: 18/Oct./2022
Who: Kimura, Yasui, Uchiyama and Ueda (SKS)
Task:
We started vacuum leak test from PRM to IFI, and found large vacuum leak >~2 x 10^-10 Pam^3/s.
As reported by Ushibasan (k-log22557), we repared the leak and comfirmed level of leak was < 1 x 10^-13 Pam^3/s.
We will continue to have leak test on 19/Oct., and comple it.

[Mirapro people (Itoh-san, Shimizu-san), Observer: Enomoto]
They opened and closed the top flange of IMM chamber.
They replaced O-rings.
They found that a tiny piece of plastic tape was caught between the chamber and the flange (see the picture).
Note that a O-ring accidentally dropped inside the chamber when they were opening the flange, but no damages for IMMT1 were found.
I also attach the trend of IMMT1 oplev outputs.
