I write this entry because it was reported in the morning daily commissioning meeting a cable from the input/output binary card may have been disconnected from one or more coil drivers. The symptom was that it was not possible to control them remotely.

We went t the tunnel and saw no cable was disconnected then we realized we just had to change the STATE REQUEST setting in the I/O control medm screen from -1 to 0.
