IMMT1 and IMMT2 oplev characterization
To evaluate the oplev which was set at IMMT1 and IMMT2, we performed several things.

First, with the advice from Ushiba-san, I changed the state of IMMT1 and IMMT2 suspension to PAY_FLOAT state.

The results of oplev characterization are as following;

IMMT1:
P_inj = 0.895 mW
P_tilt = 0.299 mW
Width Major = 1.398 mm
Width Minor = 1.352 mW
(Beam profile result : pdf.1.)
TILT_VER = 2.29 [count/mm]
TILT_HOR = -2.33 [count/mm]
(Calibration result : Fig.1.)

IMMT2:
P_inj = 0.751 mW
P_tilt = 0.137 mW
Width Major = 1.672 mm
Width Minor = 1.501 mm
(Beam profile result : pdf.2.)
There are fringe in the beam profile, we have to check it why it was detected!
We didn't perform the measurement of calibration factor for IMMT2 oplev because we will remove it once in near future.

I measured the calibration factor of IMMT1.

Distance between IMMT1 mirror and QPD : 375 mm
Angle : 3 deg

PIT_m1=583.04[urad/cnt]
YAW_m1=-597.91 [urad/cnt]

I implemented calibration factors for IMMT1 OpLevs.
Also, I changed the gains of TM OpLev DC controls.
