Result of Q-mass measurement at IX and EX

We are started Q-mass measurement at IX and EX.
Please see attached photos.
Phots show only raw date including noise of caused by ionization in Q-mass.
It needs to analyze raw data to reject the noise.

We measured partial pressure of IXC and EXC by manual mode of Q-mass analzer.

Results are as follows;

We confirmed main component of redisual gas in the cryostat was H2O.

We continue to measure and analyze redisual gas in the cryostat.
