Summary page update : Added microphones (EXA, EYA) in PEM tab

During working on data quality evaluation, I found that several microphones are missing on summary page. So, I added them on summary page.

And also I found the microphon at EYA booth has a strange spectrum, which looks like just ADC noise.

As I checked by Pastavi, it's happening from sometime in the period between 2021 April 1 and 2021 May 1.

I found that the ACO power supply was turned off, we turned ON this morning. Now it may work.

Now the microphone at EYA looks working fine. (summary page)

Note that, for future worker, the microphone ( K1:PEM-MIC_EYA_BOOTH_EYA_Z_OUT_DQ ) and accelerometer on Pcal@EYA ( K1:PEM-ACC_EYA_TABLE_TX_Z_OUT_DQ, K1:PEM-ACC_EYA_TABLE_RX_Z_OUT_DQ ) were unavailable between 2021 April 1 and 2022 Jan 21.
