EX payload finalization Day4: final visual inspection of ETMX

[Yokozawa, Tomaru, Tamaki, Ushiba]

Similar work with klog19024.

Abstract:
We checked optical paths of MN and PF OpLevs and moved them to obtain enough gaps from suspension wires.
Also, we took photos of EQ stops, HLs, and optical paths.

Detail:
We checked the optical paths of PF and MN OpLevs and found that MN YPL OpLev beam is very close to the suspension wires.
So, we slightly moved the injection point and realigned the OpLev beams.
Then, all beam paths has enough gaps from inner structure of the cryostat.
Photos of these work wil be uploaded in the following links:

After the OpLev work, we took photos of EQ stops, HLs, and optical path of main beam.
These photos are stored at following links:

Note:
I forgot to take photos of moving masses, which are taken in the case of ITMX.
So, I would like to take photos of moving masses, hopefully on next Monday, for the recoads.

[Tamaki, Ushiba]

We went to Xend and checked moving mass position.
There are enough space between moving mass and their stoppers.

Also, we checked the OpLev beam path after setting SIs around radiation shields.
However, a part of SIs are very close to beam path and it is hard to recover them today.
So, I would like to go to Xend again with Kimura-san and optimize them tomorrow or the day after tomorrow.

[Kimura, Ushiba]

We rearranged the position of SIs around radiation shields at EXC and concluded that it is hard to obtain enough clearance between OpLev beams and SIs.
So, we decided to cut SI and make the holes for viewports on SIs slightly larger (fig1 and fig2).

Now, there are enough gaps between SIs and the beams.

[Yokozawa, Tamaki, Ushiba]

Abstract:
We moved the TM OpLev injection so that it passes almost center of the viewports.
Then, we centered the OpLev and checked the beam path inside the cryostat.
Now, the beam pass is fine.

Detail:
Since the TM OpLev beam hit very edge of the viewport on the outer radiation shield, we moved the injection beam.
During the work, we checked the GreenX flash in order not to miss the ETMX alignment.

After moving inection beam, QPDs are centerred.
Then, I checked the beam position at the viewports on radiation shields (fig1 and 2).
Now, the beam path has enough gaps from the edge of the viewports.
Also, we can see the GreenX flash when pitch and yaw signals of ETMX TM OpLevs are 7 and 0, respectively (see the fig1 in the klog19192).
