This is the remnant of the file that was deleted when I tried to investigate the VIS DAQ error by copying the model file to the local directory.
The source of the deletion was the deletion of the files and directories copied locally, so they are unnecessary files.
Pls. don't leave anything in trash directly of the NFS region.
Files in trash directly also use disk space and above all it's difficult to judge they can be removed or not.
