TypeA,B,BpのVIS GuardianをSAFEに変更

DGSメンテナンスデーの作業開始前にVISのサスペンションの状態を変更しました。

・次のサスペンションをALIGNEDからSAFEに変更しました。
 ETMX, ITMX, PR3
 これらはSAFE状態でSDFに差分があったので全てCONFIRMしました。

・ITMXはALIGNED状態でSDFに差分がありましたが、これはREVERTしました。

TypeA,B,Bp VIS Guardian changed to SAFE

Before the start of the DGS maintenance day, we changed the suspension status of the VIS.

The following suspensions were changed from ALIGNED to SAFE
 ETMX, ITMX, PR3
 ETMX, ITMX, and PR3 were all CONFIRMed because they had a difference in SDF in the SAFE state.

ITMX had a difference in SDF in ALIGNED state, but this was REVERTed.
