SdfManagerモデルへVIS温度調整用のEPICSチャンネルを追加しました。

チャンバーの外のリボンヒーターの目標温度と熱電対の測定温度
K1:VIS-{optic}_HEATER_PV:現在の温度(Centigrade)
K1:VIS-{optic}_HEATER_SV:ヒーターの目標温度(Centigrade)
optic: PRM,PR2,PR3,BS,SRM,SR2,SR3,ITMX,ITMY,ETMX,ETMY

チャンバーの内の測温抵抗体(PT100)の測定温度
K1:VIS-{optic}_CHAMBER_PV:現在の温度(Centigrade)

An EPICS channel for VIS temperature adjustment has been added to the SdfManager model.

Target temperature of the ribbon heater outside the chamber and the measured temperature of the thermocouple
