各OpticのPAYLOADモデルにコミッショニング用にEPICSチャンネルを追加しました。

次のチャンネルを追加しました。
K1:VIS-{optic}_COMMISSIONING_ARG1,ARG2,ARG3

optic:ETMX,ETMY,ITMX,ITMY,SRM,SR2,SR3,PRM,PR2,MCI,MCE,MCO,IMMT1,IMMT2,OMMT1,OMMT2,OSTM,TMSX,TMSY
BS,PR3は旧モデルのため未対応

・SDFは次の対応を行いました。
次の２つはREVERTしました。
K1:VIS-MCE_INSTALLED_DATE
K1:VIS-MCI_INSTALLED_DATE

K1:VIS-ITMX_MN_OPLEV_VER_MTRX_x_x
再起動前の状態に戻しました。

K1SR3のRTM更新作業でモデルの再起動中にPCがハングしました。
そのため、yamamoto-sanがPCの再起動を行った。

SDF has taken the following actions.

Now we're back to where we were before the reboot.

During the RTM update process for K1SR3, the PC hung while the model was rebooting.
Therefore, yamamoto-san rebooted the PC.
