Recently I engaged in damping control of TMS-VIS.
I did diagonalization of matrices of LVDTs and COIL actuators.
Then I adapted damping filters for each 6 modes (L, T, V, R, P, Y) simultaneously and the peaks were damped.
Obtained spectra of each DoFs are below.

Compared to the spectra without damping control, the resonant peaks are decreased (REFs are with damping).
