Drive align matrix adjustment for Type-A suspension

[Takano, Lucia, Akutsu, Ushiba]

From yesterday, we started ASC work to control DHARD, DSOFT, and so on when the FPMI is locked.
We inject a line at 0.1 Hz from ASC-DHARD_EXC_P/Y to check the actuator balancing for all test masses and found that the balancing was not mached with previous vales.
For this reason, we started to investigate it.

we checked the driving matrix of all MNs by using TMSY/TMSX QPDs as monitors, and OpLev for crosscheck.
During this investigation, we found that drive align matrix for ETMY and ITMY works well.
The result is as follows:
For ETMY: P2Y = -0.01 (compatible with old vales)
For ITMY: P2Y = -0.067 (compatible with old vale)
Y2P = 0.015 (changed from 0.053 to 0.015)

After that we moved to X-arm investigation and found the strange behaviour of TMSX_IR_QPDs.
When we shaked ITMX in  PIT, large coupling to YAW was observed, and we tried to reduce it by changing the P2Y in the drive align matrix but didn't succeed.
Since the  GR QPDs don't show the same behaviour, we suspect that something is going wrong in the IR QPDs (see attached).
We need to investigate more on the TMSX table.
