The UGSs of the FSS and the IMC loop were adjusted. Adjusted UGFs and the phase margins are as below;

 FSS: 83 kHz, 34 deg
 IMC: 22 kHz, 45 deg

The OLGs are attached. Actually, the UGF of the FSS is not high enough... But, for the XARM commissioning, it would be fine.
