From yesterday, we applied to the first contact to ITMX.
We set the jigs for first contact application and paint on the ITMX (see pic.1 and pic.2).

Jigs which directly touches the HR and AR surfaces is made of Teflon and coverred by Vectra alpha 10.

After the application, we put the tab for removing first contact and remove the jigs. (see pic.3).
