[Kamiizumi, Shimode, Tomura]

Shimode-san modified one board (S1706801) of the LVDT Combiner (S1706809).

Coils for Ch.4 and Ch.6 were laid down to reduce the crosstalks from adjacent channels.

This chassis was installed to EXV2 rack as a replacement and former LVDT Combiner for ETMX (S1706805) was brought back to Mozumi.
