We changed the X end collimater for a spot size larger.
So we measured the calibration factors of the optical levers at X end mirrors from the mirro tilt [rad] to the output signal again.

we used the length between QPD and mirror, which was L=1473(7) mm (Kuwahara-san measured) .
The results at Xend Yaw(X) and Xend Pitch(Y)are respectively shown in Fig.1,2, and
dP/dx: -1.329+/-0.045 (out/sum)/mm, 1.517+/-0.090 (out/sum)/mm
