= What we did =
- Replacement of the front-end computer for k1prm => finished.
- Uninstallation of two BO cards for k1mzm => finished.
- Installation of new BIO cards on k1ioo1 (for ALS) => partially successful.


= Remains task/problem =
- BIO cables for k1mzm have not been restored yet (RT model should be also updated).
- k1ioo1 only works well with 6 or fewer BIO cards, but we need 7 BIO cards in tottally.

= Solution =
1. MZM model will be stopped for O3.
2. One more BIO card will be installed in k1als0 instead of k1ioo1.
or
3. New optical fiber cable will be prepared in order to replace current cable or install new IO chassis.
(At least for O4, we need to do plan 3).
