beam and PR3 optic direction
[Ushiba, Huruhata, Michimura, Fujii]

We verify whether the beam rotation direction is consistent with the optic rotation direction, or not. This verification is conducted at IXA and EXA.

First, the optic is rotated in the direction of Pitch, Yaw by changing the offset from medm window ( written in /opt/rtcds/userapps/release/vis/common/medm/typebp/VIS_CUST_TYPEBP_IM_OPTICALIGN.adl).
Then check the the beam rotation direction by eye with using sensor cards.

= Result ==
* At IXA *
Pitch : -3,000 ct -> +1000 ct  >>  D
Yaw : -350 ct -> +148 ct  >> B

* At EXA *
Pitch : -3,000 ct -> -2,500 ct >> D
Yaw : 148 ct -> 200 ct >> B

= Conclusion ==
 It is confirmed that the beam rotation direction is consistent with the optic rotation direction.

* At IXA *
Pitch : -3,000 ct -> +1000 ct  >> the beam spot moved in the direction of D

* At EXA *
Pitch : -3,000 ct -> -2,500 ct >> D
Yaw : 148 ct -> 200 ct >> B

= Conclusion ==
It is confirmed that the beam rotation direction is consistent with the optic rotation direction.
The beam is reflected the even-numbered times (maybe the beam is reached directly).
