[Kambara, Furuhata, Akutsu]

Two ICF70 blanck flanges and one ICF152 viewport window (oplev-grade) have been installed. The ICF152 one has been installed with a camera stand, and the EY2 camera has been installed on it (roughly).

Anyway, all the viewports/flanges required for iKAGRA in terms of AOS have been installed (at least once).

And all the planned GigE cameras required for iKAGRA have been installed. (except for the one at AS port... is it really required??)
