For WFS control, I started to make a suspension model and test control filters.
I used P23 and P24 of VIS_TYPEA_PAY_OLSERVO_DAMP to make filters.

Attached files (two out of four) show TF of MNP or MNY exc to TM OpLev P or Y.
I also attached OLTF with very rough designed filter.

Next step is to implement this filter to ITMX.
It will probably not work well due to the coupling to other degrees of freedom.
So, I should implement some OLSERVO filters as well.
