IMC input alignment script

A simple python script to align the PSL input towards IMC was made. It uses "cdsutils.trigservo" with the error point of WFS DOF2 P/Y and feedback to the input PZT2 P/Y (the sensitive one).

/opt/rtcds/userapps/release/imc/k1/scripts/imcasc_AlignInput.py

What it does are:
- Turn on WFS master switch
- Turn on the DC centering loop
- Turn on WFS loops with cdsutils.trigservo (actually triggering is not used). Waits for 50 sec. Since it feeds back to PZT2 OFFSET chans, no offloading is necessary.
- Turn off WFS, DC loops, master switch

Please try this when the MC REFL camera is not very dark. MEDM IMC LSC and ASC screens have the shortcut button to run it. Feedback is more than welcome. It won't work the alignment is too too bad, or there is no light on WFS (obviously).

The ASC part in the IMC guardian (ASC_RFON) was modified to do only input PZT2 loop [*].

Now you can do either
1. "LSC_LOCKED" + input alignment script (see the main post)
2. "IMC_LOCKED" only
Note that the ASC loop done by "IMC LOCKED" doesn't do any offloading at this moment, while the script does. DoF2 P and Y loops are both optimized so to have UGF 0.1 Hz (see the attached OLTs).

As long as I tried for this few hours both methods work stably. Please let me know any feedback if you notice any.

[*] it's not the complete DoF WFSing, but it sufficiently aligns the input beam w.r.t. the IMC axis.
