Update:

We went ahead and performed a further analysis. This time we included the effect of mode mismatch. The results are that

• Intra cavity loss = 25% (our rough estimation last night turned out to be good)
• Mode mismatch = 10% (including not only HOMs but also the RF sidebands which don't resonate in the power recycling cavity)
