RFM card installed in k1ioo machine

We installed an RFM card in k1ioo machine. It is to talk to the end station computers. We had to "down" the PSL and IMC locks for this work, and they are back with no problem (thanks to cool Guardian!).

I haven't tested the connection to the end stations yet - to be done on Monday.

Test failed. k1ioo couldn't talk to neither k1ex0 or k1ey0. IPC errors are shown on GDS_TP screens. I will try between k1ioo and k1imc with the RFM network, to rule out the issue possibility of 3km arms.
