~ 250 mW light is traveling now !! Please keep paying attention !

- I decreased the light power to 270 mW (measured in PSL room).

- I put ND filters that attenuate light by a factor of 1/1000 in front of PMC_TRANS and IMC_REFL camera. Even if the power of injected light from PSL would be 1 W, it should be fine.

- The details (beam damping, gain, typical transmission power, Guardian related, etc.) will be reported later.
