I implemented the moderate WD system for all the suspensions.

The models are compled and updated for Type-B and Bp, and the master model is just updated but not complied yet for Type-A.

We might be update the guardian as well so that masterswitch does not turned off before the output is completely shutdown.
I updated it for PRs but not for Type-B. (And we do not have proper guardian for Type-A...)
