Today, we plan to add 6 BIO cards to OMC chassis.

But one of the BIO cards  isn't recognized from k1omc0.

we tried to find  the cause of this problem and finally found one of the BIO cards is broken.

Therefore, we added 5 BIO cards in today's maintenance.
