Miyo-kun set up the EPICS interface to the PR2 picomotor driver.

I opened the PR2 chamber and tried to move the picomotors from MEDM screen. The motors rotated as expected. The correspondence between the buttons on the MEDM screen and the direction of the rotation is correct.
