-- The remaining Todo was:
1. To do visual inspection in both cases where the large-offset was applied, in order to check that nothing was touching to the IM,
2. After this confirmation, to do OSEM position adjustment.
3. to do health check
== what we found/did ==
1. After checking around PSD positioning work (reported in klog#8303), we started a visual inspection. This time it was suspected that IM might me gently touching to IRM and this might disturbed the IM movement, since something wierd stuff was observed in the PSD positioning related work.
1-1. We then found that:
1-1-1. when the offsets in P, Y were applied, the horizontal OSEM-flags were much close to the upperside/lowerside of the OSEM-body. Especially it seemed that the IM was tilted not only (PIT and) Yaw, but also in +Roll as well. then we compensated the IM tilt in Roll by the picomotor so that IM-V2 has mostly same value as IM-V3's. (since this +Roll offset was observed even when the offest in P, Y were not applied, and this might disturbed the IM movement.)
1-1-2. After the Roll conpensation (,IM-P and Y along with oplev as well), IM-H2 and IM-H3 were well centered however, IM-H1-flag was still upperside (like fig1). we meaured a transfer function from IMP-excitation to IMP, and found wierd peaks in it (see the attachment).
1-1-3. Also when the IM-Yaw-pico was used, the oplev spot shifted not only in Yaw but also in Pit. This implies that there would be still gently touching part around IM-stage..
