Today, we wiped some opto-mechnics for TMSY which had taken from X-end (6938).
The item list is shown in the design.
They are stored on the rack in the clean booth (TMSX area).

In addition to the items shown in the design, we took four lens tubes and its holders and optical filters (two for IR, two for green) from center area as shown in the attached pitcture.
They are also wiped and stored in the clean booth.
