resetting IP stepping motor

Today with Enzo,

We moved the stepping motors to roughly their centre position so we could adjust it in the vaccum.

Then, we adjusted the steppers so that IP_L and IP_T are roughly zero.

current status:

IP_L: 14 µm

IP_T: -33 µm

IP_Y: -5011 µrad

stepping H1: -115000 steps

stepping H2: -145000steps

stepping H3: -125000 steps

We did the same for SR3, see 7812.

After I opened the loop of the SR2 IP, I had to adjust again the IP position using the Horizontal Stepper motors. The final position was:

  • IP Longitudinal: -1300 µm. We will adjust this more carefully later.
  • IP Transverse: 20 µm.
  • IP Yaw: 4990 µrad.

and position of the Horizontal steppers are:

  • H1: -170,000 steps.
  • H2: -90,000 steps.
  • H3: -125,000 steps.
