Made the WAB into the saving mode at EXC.

Found a small difficulty during the work; about one side of the beams for the traverser, the through holes at the both edges  of the beam and the inner shield structure did not well match, and therefore we just used 3 out of 4 holes to fix the beam. Anyway, it was done.

Now all the WABs for bKAGRA are installed.
