I re-measured the TFs and circuit noises, and updated the ALS noise budget.
The first figure shows the overview noise budget, and the second ant third show the breakdown noise budget of the noise groups named "Green noise" and "IR noise", which are limiting the ALS stability.
Note the RMS shown here is the RMS of "Sum", not the measured noise.
