The signals are obtained from the 4 OSEMs, and we aligned the OSEM DC at the middle of the linear range.

During the work, we broke the 2 OSEM cables and replaced them.
Though the two of the cables are replaced, the alignment of the RM did not get worse so much.

Also, we briefly checked the transfer function of the TML.
But the Q value was so small. We are not sure why it is.
