-- It was found that BF-LVDT-H1 was measureing glitches like the attachment and the signals were fed-back for L/T/Y control.
-- After turning-off the BF-controls an waiting for a while, the BF-LVDT-H1 signal became calmed down.
-- Still it was not sure why this happened...

After a while, the glitch of BF-LVDT-H1 was found repeatedly even without the controls were on: only H1 drifted about 20 um, and then if the K1:VIS-PRM_BF_LVDTINF_H1_OUT was close to -720(un) the signal went mad.
