Reconfiguration of RAM monitor and RFPM monitor

1st: new configuration of RAM monitor
2nd: new configuration of PM monitor

We worked on the reconfiguration of RAM monitor and PM monitor with the power tuning system with HWP and PBS.
Then we changed the laser power at PDs so that they can work with high power laser.
3rd figure shows the DC signals of each PD.
Blue, yellow and green are DCPD, DC of RAM monitor and DC of PM monitor, respectively.

Today, in order to check the match of polarization axis again, I removed these HWPs and placed one in front of EOM1. for f2, and the other just before 1st MZI, for f1 & f3.
But HWPs is necessary also for the PM monitor for tuning the power, so we need more HWPs, I think.
