[Akutsu, Izumi, Yokogawa, Enomoto]

We attached the black-coated arms with PDs to the NAB that is going to be installed in IYA chamber.
Cabling (in-chamber part) was almost done.
Remaining things:
* A few cable ties to be tied
* DB9 Male shell to be fixed
* A clamp for DB9 shell to be fixed to the frame.
* In chamber cabling from DB9 Male shell to the feedthrough to be done.
* The feedthrough flange to be mounted
